Empowering Diversity: How RSL Group Leads DEI Efforts

This week, our Finance and Operations Manager, Deborah Roche represented our RSL Group at the WSS event in Dublin.

For a while now, RSL Ireland has been a part of the scheme created by the Department of Social Protection, aimed to help more disabled people to get and retain work. Not only is the employee supported by the employer, but also the Department of Social Protection, a great way to ensure that our employees part of this scheme are set up for success.

We are incredibly proud to be an inclusive employer for people with disabilities, to promote workplace inclusion, create equal opportunities and another further step taken to create the support and inclusive workplace we strive for.
