Job Purpose:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales/BranchManager (HVAC/R) to join our team. This role is focused on fostering strong relationships with refrigeration and air conditioning contractors and installers. The ideal candidate will take ownership of sales performance within their territory, identify new business opportunities, and promote our full range of HVAC/R products and solutions.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in technical sales or experience in the electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or air conditioning industries who is ready to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead depot operations, including staff management, sales performance, stock control, and logistics.

· Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential HVAC/R customers.

· Actively promote the full product range offered by RSL Group in refrigeration and air conditioning.

· Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presence.

· Collaborate with internal teams — including technical support and logistics — to ensure a seamless customer experience.

· Manage your own schedule, including planning and conducting regular customer visits.

· Participate in bi-weekly sales and business development meetings (virtually or in person).

· Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and pipeline updates.

· Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.

Candidate Requirements:

· Full Driving Licence – essential.

· Flexibility to travel within your territory, including occasional out-of-hours work.

· Proven sales experience, ideally within the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning sector.

· Technical or engineering experience in a related industry is advantageous, but not essential.

· Strong interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.

· Confident working autonomously and managing time and priorities effectively.

· Comfortable using Microsoft-based programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).

· A proactive and results-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
